We were enroute to Florida and we're involved in an accident on I-65, no injuries but our car was not drivable. We talked to John in your collision repair facility, explained our predicament, he said he would do his best to get us back on the road, and one and one half days later we were on our way, since the accident occured on Wednesday evening we were able to leave first thing Saturday morning instead of being tied up thru the weekend. I had a great and excellent experience at Brown's Cadillac where the customer came first and properly fixed the car. I had to bring it back three times and was not fixed with regards to the same problem and had other recommendations that did not seem right at the other Cadillac dealership. At Brown's Cadillac dealership, they saw the problem, fixed the car once, and the car is working properly. The other recommendations that the other dealership recommended was not needed. This shows that Brown's dealerships is trustworthy and will not try to give false recommendations. I would recommend them to anyone. The other dealership's customer service has declined greatly since it was sold. Doubt that I would ever trust them again.
